Additional adult family members living in the same household, like a parent or grandparent, need to enroll separately at the individual rate.
Patient Medication Form
For faster service at the pharmacy, use our patient medication form. Just print out the form, write in the names of all your current medications and bring it to your local Walgreens. If you're already a Walgreens pharmacy patient, just call or stop in. We'll look up your medications and let you know how much the Prescription Savings Club can save you.
