I'm helping a friend organize a baked potato bar for the teachers luncheon. So what I'm looking for is some idea's for toppings.

So far we have the following...

Sour Cream
Chilli
Bacon
Cheese
Butter
Chives
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Salsa

If you have any other suggestions please post here.

Thanks

My favorite is diced onion, cubed ham, mild cheddar cheese and mozzerella cheese topped with sour cream and cracked pepper and salt. I make them for an easy dinner sometimes. I assemble them with the ham, onion and topped with cheese, pop it in the micro wave for a few minutes and then top with sour cream. Everyone likes them in my family. I like getting the cubed ham when we have the farmland coupons...it makes a cheap meal.

At my college cafeteria, there was a salad bar so I always topped my baked potatoes with some things from there along with the potato toppings. I think my potatoes usually had:

lettuce
ranch dressing
bacon
broccoli-cheese sauce
green onion
ham

I think that's it. A little unusual, I guess, but it sure was good. Caesar dressing on baked potato is quite good too.
