Green Tea HP

OK, so I bit the bullet after a friend gushed and gushed about this stuff. I am feeling kind of dumb for buying into this whole thing so please tell me if you have ever used it and what your experience was.

I don't get it... it just promotes good health? Don't they make vitamins for that?

It is this super concentrated green tea extract that is suppossed to make you lose weight, improve skin and give you energy. Two days into it all I can vouch for is the crazy energy I have gotten from it. Will let you know if it does anything else.
