The best thing you can do is to sign up for a free email account such as gmail and use it to sign up for all the freebies :)

Thanks for the tip! Where I live, Kogers is called Fred Meyer, but they still honour each other's deals.

The coupons usually take SEVERAL weeks to get. anywhere from 6-10 usually depending on the company.
