Albertsons is running a deal where you buy $20 get $5 off instantly:
I did 2 transactions:
bought 7 juciy juice $2.00 each and 2 toll house cookie dough $2.50 each and one hot pocket. Use (7) $1 q's on juice from SS2 1/4 and (2) $1 q on cookie dough RP 12/7 and 2. With the $5 instant savings the juicy juice ends up .50 and the cookie dough ends up .88 (after coupons) and the hot pocket ends up 1.67 and for the next 3 days there is a 10% off frozen sale so they actually end up $1.50 each.
second transaction did 4 cookie dough, 6 hot pockets hitting $20 exactly...the 10% off screwed up the $5 off so I had to go to the service desk to get the $5 (I even ask and they said, "no to go buy the price in the ad the $5 will come off before the 10%"; well it didn't)
on each transaction I added on the following until my q's ran out:
got the 10/10 kleenex. the store in kenadale did not have the ones in the ad...not even a place on the shelf so I was told to get whichever ones I wanted as the ones in the ad were not even something they could get. I chose the ones with the lotion and used the .40 off q that came out in SS 1/4 insert making them .20 each
The grands buiscuits are on sale for $1 and there is a coupon for .25 in SS 10/19 making them a quarter each
ore-ida tator tots, fries etc are on sale for 2.50 with the extra 10% off makes them 2.25.
eggs are $1
soft soaps are $1 on selected ones .35 q from SS 1/4 makes them free
Also got a head of lettuce for $1 and a bag of carrots $1 (not great, but not bad)
also got hot dog buns $1 and some corn tortillas I needed for supper tonight.
Used gift cards from using TT $30 RX coupon for meds and paid nothing..saving $90.17 (spent $28.48)
