When ever i try to get a coupon I get this ding sound and it wont bring up the coupon what do i do

Can you be a little more specific in what you mean by whenever you try to get a coupon? Do you mean when you try to print one from a site? I think that is your printer error ding. Can you print coupons elsewhere or is it a specific issue here?
