Anyone print coupons online? Are they worth it?

What are some good sites, how do I find good grocery coupons sites, I read on one forum about select coupon program (or is it club), how can I find them online, any help would be appreciated

I used to subscribe to a couple places that sent coupons by email but the sites are no longer up:( so I was just wondering, it'd be nice to not have to look for coupons in newspapers again

I get kohls coupons quite regularly online. THey are oft useful online and offline. I think most sites like gap and kmart give you $ off coupons when you sign up for their emails as well
