I was just wondering how many people make their own baby food? I do b/c I admit I'm a SAHM and I have the time. But I know for a lot of families jarred baby food is a convenience factor.

If you make your own have you found that it saves you money? I'm not sure how much I'm saving, but I know I'm not spending .50 a meal, like I would if I bought baby food. I do feel like I buy half the produce section now that my daughter is eating mostly anything.

One other thing...I was buying yo-baby yogurt, but it's so expensive. I now get organic plain whole milk yogurt (stoneyfield farms makes a good one) and I mix 1/3 cup with some mashed up fruit or veggies. My daughter loves it and it's a lot less expensive.
