Here's a GREAT list of survey sites that I am a member of. Would appreciate it if you would sign up under my name if you decide to join!
Mypoints - Great site for reading emails, doing occasional surveys, and you get lots of points for shopping online through their link! They offer rewards in the form of gift cards, they have MANY gift cards to choose from. If interested please PM me your name and address and I will send you a referral
Surveyspot (https://secure.surveyspot.com/offer.php?id=36&VendorID=33&OptInSource=usgen&locale=en_US) - I get many, many, many surveys sent to my inbox weekly. They also offer focus groups, I once got paid $30 for doing an online focus group. I've made almost $130 just doing surveys with them.
Palm Research (http://palmresearch.com/index.pl?ref=1268097) - They offer 2 daily surveys and each survey is worth $1-you can easily rack up rewards with this site.
Lightspeed Panel (http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-3068707-10448063) - From what I've heard they aren't currently accepting new applications, but it would benefit you to look in from time to time and sign up when they are accepting. They offer prizes, gift cards, and PayPal as payments and I easily rack up points with them.
SurveySavvy (https://www.surveysavvy.com/?id=3687698&action=join) - Great website that sends me a few surveys a week, they have a great referral program!
American Consumer Opinion (https://www.acop.com/Registration.aspx?L=1&PID=) - I find this site scarcely sends out "surveys" but when they do they are usually screeners to see if you qualify for try at home things. I have received many things to try from them, including shampoo, sunscreen, and even a ready to drink shake mix! You get incentives in the form of a check as well as usually getting to keep the things you try.
Global Opinion Panels (https://www.globalopinionpanels.com/home) - One of my favorites! I get a few surveys offered to me throughout the week, and I've had many that qualify me for products to try. Their surveys are easy to do and it's easy to earn points for cash. They only offer cash payable by PayPal.
MindField Surveys (http://mindfieldonline.com/referral/b8a3458c) - I'm fairly new to this site but so far they have sent me many surveys. Once you fill out all of the questionnaires you will start seeing the emails!

I have also gotten many products to try through them! They offer prizes, cash, and you can even donate to charity if you like. PM me your name and email and I will send you a referral right away!
SayNation! (http://www.saynation.com/Portal/?RP=Register&Ref=9423678202) - Another panel that I am fairly new to, but so far love it! They offer many surveys that are fun and easy to complete. Even if you don't qualify for a survey you still get 25 points for trying. They offer gift cards, reward prizes, and PayPal for payment.

Listed below are not necessarily "survey" panels, but you do still get rewards when you join and read emails, etc.
InboxDollars (http://www.inboxdollars.com/?r=ref3751856) - I get daily emails from them, and when you read the email (basically just click on the link) you get earnings to turn into cash. You have to build your earnings up to $30.00 before you can cash out, but after that you become a GOLD member for free. I admit it takes awhile to get up to the $30.00, but after you do and cash out and become a Gold member you get to share in a pool of referrals-for example if someone joins the site without a referral you get part of the reward for referrals. You can also take surveys, fill out offers, play games, referrals, and shop through their link to earn points!
SendEarnings (http://www.sendearnings.com/?r=ref1962129) - Basically the same exact description as above for InboxDollars
YouData (http://www.youdata.com/join/tinatalley) - This is basically a program where they send you links to websites and all you have to do is click the link to view the advertisement. If I'm not mistaken you get a $5 sign up bonus. They will usually send you links daily, or a few a week, and every Friday they put the money you've earned for that week in your PayPal account. Sometimes it only adds up to like $.20, but I put that in my account and use it to pay my CVS out of pocket costs
SwagBucks (http://swagbucks.com/?cmd=sb-register&rb=362269) - Get points for searching the internet! You can also get points by trading in your old cell phones, mp3 players, video games, and game consoles. Shop through their link too. Many prizes offered for this one!
