Sat - Aug 15th only - Kroger will double coupons up to and including $1.00! There should be some good deals, but I will be having a garage sale that day and will miss it. :censored: Maybe there will be something left when I finally make it there.

I'm having a garage sale Saturday so if I make it, it will be later in the day. I'm sure it will be VERY picked over by then too!

I wouldn't go rushing out if I were you. It was chaotic and they really picked over the coupons at the store I went to. If it said "DND", they didn't which really ticked me off. Everything seemed to have a jacked up price on it. I mean, come on!!! $6.09 for a pack of 20 Chinet plates? WTH???

Just got back and might make another quick run later. My store was still fairly well stocked at 7 pm and I had very little trouble with my Q's - just a cashier who couldn't read an expiration date and told me a 9/14/09 coupon was expired. Of course I wasn't going for all of the freebies - mostly staples like tp, paper towels and trash bags so I was happy.
Oh and I made $200 at my garage sale which was good considering I didn't have a whole lot of stuff!

Nice job on the garage sale! Glad you had a better experience at Kroger too. I'm really thinking that the binder method may have to come back into play if they're going to do this again. What do you think, Dawn?
