Todays insert 8/3 had the buy 1 Pert or Sure deodorant and $5 in school supplies get $5 rebate.
Walgreens has the Pert as part of their all-in-one rebate. (Unfortunately I bought mine with the overage from the diaper deal on overlap day!). But I am still leaning towards WG to do the deal. The reason being the 7-day coupon items will ring higher then discount later. So the pert is $3.79 and I have a few of the $3 coupons left. So here is my transaction:
Pert $3.79 less $3 mfr = $.79
6pk Papermate highlighters 2 @ $.09 = $.18
10 pk pencils 4 @ $.09 = $.36
Total $1.33 off my GC and $5 back in rebate
Now anyone that hasn't done the ESR it is a double dip because you can enter your rcpt number on-line for the $3.79 back (a $2 or $3 profit depending on coupon available) and then get your $5 school supply rebate (a $4.04 profit with above plan, after stamp!)
I think CVS has the Sure BOGO and there is of course a BOGO coupon around still ~ but then you would have to buy $5 in OOP school supplies.
