When I got to question #16 it wouldn't do anything when I clicked the submit button. Anyone else have this problem? :(

The same thing happened to me. Turns out, I had missed a question. When you hit submit, it does not take you to the top of the page where it shows you that you missed one. I must have hit submit ten times before I finally scrolled up the page.
