So how long does it stay 50% before it goes 75% ~ anyone know what the norm is?
Lots of cool $.50 stuff~
locker dry erase boards, organizers, magnets
baby hangers, socks, bibs, hair bands
school supplies, pencils, pens, post-its
teacher items, bingo games, workbooks, decorations, foam shapes, puzzles
But it would be even cooler at $.25!!!

My mom says 5-7 days. It's random per store.
I am going to check it out tomorrow. They had some workbooks for the younger grades last time I was there. Thanks

The workbooks were worth $1 ~ they have pre-k through 3rd content. And they have stickers in the workbooks which is always a plus with kids!
I believe today was the first day of 50% ~ but if you go look at the 50% signs, if they are custom "Dollar Spot, red dot 50%" signs they will have an "effective through" date so you will know that 75% is the following day. But I agree that it is most likely a "by supply" and "by store" thing. I just know the holiday is 50% for 3 day, 75% for 3 days, 90% for 1-2 ~ normally, of course always a YMMV thing.
I am going to check Friday, it makes sense to me that they would keep it full over the weekend (assuming higher weekend traffic) then 50% on Monday ~ then 75% for next weekend to get it out of there then reset next Monday.

I did buy LR one of the books but for as quick as he goes through them I figured I would wait and see.
P.S. My Mom works at Target ;)

Insider info is always good!
I went yesterday and this young male cashier was such an idiot. A few of my coupons beeped and he had no clue what to do and he actually wadded them up and threw them away ~ $14 worth! I was in shock! He sighed heavy each time he manually entered a discount (doesn't know about the K1 key!) and then wadded them and tossed in the trash. I told him that he was throwing away money and he just rolled his eyes. I explained that Target gets paid back for them and watched while he picked them out of the trash
