They have the spend $50 get $10 in Kohl's Cash promo going on right now.

Lots of their clearance items are 60% to 80% off. Stock up on the clearance items and recieve money for use later on! We did this today and purchased 7 shirts and 2 pairs of capris for a little bit over 50 and received $10.
Kohl's does these promos frequently. I would suggest signing up for their email alerts so you can find out when the sale begins, etc. (The first time you do they send you a email printable for $5 off your purchase -- it may take a few days for it to show up in your email after you register).
Also, during this promotion, if you have purchased items on Saturday and then go on Sunday and the total of the two orders in $50, show the clerk your earlier receipt and ask if you can combine them to get the Kohl's cash. I have never had a clerk refuse to do so although ymmv. This works well if you have two different Kohls within reasonable distance from you. You can shop the bargains at one then hit the other and still get the Kohls Cash even if you do not hit the $50 mark at the first shop. It also works if you spend $60 at the first store and $40 at the next, etc. (They do not give you $20 at the second store. You get $10 at the first store or shop, then use the $10 left over from the $50 from the first receipt to put towards the next $50 purchase at the second store.) Just make sure that you ask the clerk before they ring up your order and have the receipt with you.
