Dear ******,
Thank you for taking the time to email us with your concern regarding our store at ********. Please be assured that Walgreens takes customer comments and complaints very seriously, and we will continue to try to improve the way we do business.
When using two Buy One Get One free coupons, one item is being purchased while the two are free. A total of three items will be received. If a Buy One Get One free coupon is used on top of a Buy One Get One free sale, both items are free.
Again, thank you for taking time to bring your comment to our attention. We hope you'll give us another chance to serve you.
Sincerely,
Anna K.

My store doesn't allow combining the Qs. I really hesitate to push it since I love my store. But there's this part of me....that wants my own email to show them and then be able to save more. :(
I'm so torn.

I'm so torn.Write them and tell them that your store will not take both even though it is corporate policy. Ask them for a letter clearly stating their coupon policy. I am pretty sure you will get one ;)

I actually did write them, and got no response, I should go resend my email.

One thing to always do with these companies is be persistent It once took me 6 emails to get a response from target!! Save what you send, much easier to copy, paste and resend lol

I agree. It is easy for the cashiers to get confused as to the true policy of Walgreens. It is best to have corporate send them a letter clarifying the matter.

Sometimes getting a copy of a letter from corporate doesn't change how the store does things. One store I shop at has two copies of my letter (I gave it to two different managers), and still the cashiers are uninformed as to the policy. One of the managers told me they are aware of the letter, but don't intend to train the cashiers differently - he advised that I just bring my letter with me every time. Which is a pain, because the manager always has to be called to okay my purchase while other unsuspecting customers are caught in line behind me!
So strange. I figured once they knew the policy I would have an easier time...but nope.

I would keep it on me and slow up the line and make them call the manager every time just to be a PITA. I would shop there frequently and perhaps they would just get sick of it and fill them in :)
