Hmmm, how do these products go together, lol. But I digress, saw this interesting post over at Deal Seeking Mom (http://www.dealseekingmom.com/2008/09/cvs-5-challenge.html) and thought I would pass it on. The link to the CVS challenge looks pretty easy for some of our queens here :)

It's been a few weeks since I've participated in the $5 CVS Challenge (http://www.kingdomfirstmom.com/2008/09/cvs-5-challenge-september-7th-11th-or.html), but I'm back with a super easy money-making scenario for Newbies that want to try their hand at CVSing!

BUY (3) Right Guard Sport or Xtreme at $2.99
BUY (4) Chex mix (4.5-oz. to 6-oz.) at $1

USE (3) $1/1 Right Guard Xtreme, Sport, or Professional Strength Anti-Perspirant Deodorant, no trial, exp. 9-30-08 (SS 7/13/08) or $1/1 Right Guard Product, any except trial size and RGX Body Spray, exp. 10-31-08 (SS 8/10/08)
USE $1/1 Chex Mix printable (http://www.chex.com/Snacks/fantasyfootball/) or $1/1 Chex Mix printable (http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=rhlvbkb89924682&bt=wi&o=52784&ci=1&c=CX&p=UzpnyjQo)

Out of Pocket $5.97
ECBs earned $6

No stinkin' while you're munchin', huh? LOL Thanks for the deal, Barb! I couldn't get my Chex Mix @ Kroger this week for a quarter because I realized you have to buy 15 items to get them for the 1.25. CVS is closer and I'll earn/roll ECB's.

Barb ~ I am disappointed :sarcastic: what about the L'oreal face scrub ~ it is the cheapest product in the line at $5.99 and there is a $3 coupon in the 7-20SS. It pays $5.99 so it is a $3 money maker with the coupon.

Borrowed from FrugalLiving101

Ahhh. It was Parent's Night Out at our church but my husband was working, so I dropped the kids off and ran errands! I actually meandered through CVS, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, Publix and Target because I didn't have toddlers throwing snacks and sippy cups off the cart like it was a sinking ship. It was LOVELY. And I got my favourite manager at CVS, which always rocks my world.
