4. Timing: Entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor’s computer by 11:59:59 p.m. CT October 31, 2008. Any other form of entry is void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/household/email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified.
5. Drawing/Winner Determination: Winners will be selected by an independent judging agency in a random drawing held on or about November 20, 2008, from all eligible entries received. The judging agency’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail on or about November 26, 2008. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes, and noncash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal/greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household/email address.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5000. First Prize (3,000): Each First-Prize winner will receive a Fall Cleaning Gift Box filled with SC Johnson products. ARV $37 each prize. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Total ARV of all prizes $116,000.00. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.
