So what I think they are saying is that you will get an email with a form. Send the completed form along with your order confirmation to the address above and you'll get a check for $15. I did one of these last year and it worked great -- even though I think I goofed it up, if I remember correctly. I filled out the form to get the magazine, then I printed it off to send for the refund. I got the refund, then 2 months later, I also got the magazine. It must have been a glitch in their system. The refund comes from Amazon, not from the magazine.

So what I think they are saying is that you will get an email with a form. Send the completed form along with your order confirmation to the address above and you'll get a check for $15. I did one of these last year and it worked great -- even though I think I goofed it up, if I remember correctly. I filled out the form to get the magazine, then I printed it off to send for the refund. I got the refund, then 2 months later, I also got the magazine. It must have been a glitch in their system. The refund comes from Amazon, not from the magazine.
