Very interesting article, Holly. We are totally changing the way we do things. For example, we (myself, my husband and our 5 year old son) went to Chick-Fil-A on Saturday for lunch. Our total was $17.81 (no desserts). During lunch, my husband and I talked about the amount of food we could have purchased at the grocery store for that same price. Now, I am mostly speaking about things like bread, peanut butter, jelly/jam, speghetti, spaghetti sauce, etc. but we could really stretch that $17.81. Eating out, much to my dismay, will become a thing of our past unless I have a really good coupon and kids eat free. ;)
